Meet the Team

With a background in Business Management and a Diploma and Brewing and Brewery Operations from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Sebastian has rapidly moved through the industry, learning and innovating along the way.
Having worked at some of BC’s top breweries, including as the Lead Cellarman at Four Winds Brewing Co. and as the Brewer at Barnside Brewing Co., he’s had an impact on some of BC’s favourite beers.
Always striving for more, Curious Creatures is his next step. With a specialty in brewing hoppy styles and lagers, he will lead the brewing operations and strive for nothing short of great.

Having graduated from UBC with BA in Psychology and Commerce, Brigitta Angelica is an entrepreneurial spirit who is no stranger to start-ups. With 4 years of experience, Brigitta is well versed in many spheres of design from UX and UI to branding. In previous start-ups, she has been recognized by Adobe having won Top Talent at the Adobe Achievement Awards 2019 under Digital Products and Experiences. She aims to drive Curious Creatures forward using her knowledge of branding and marketing strategies.

Tatiana Peterson is a graduate of Emily Carr University, having obtained a BA in Fine Arts with a core in Illustration. Her expertise lies in creating unique characters with vivid colours and imaginative story-driven lore that appeal to a broader audience. She has been recognized for her storytelling with awards, including the Canadian Silver Key for her poetry. Her artistic direction, combined with her experience in social media marketing, will drive the branding of Curious Creatures, creating a brewery that is unlike any other.
